The Spanish Tax Agency launches the "Le Llamamos" Plan to make it easier for citizens to do the income tax return. Read more about it below...

From the 5th of May, the Tax Agency activates the "Le Llamamos" Plan, a telephonic system to make the Income Tax Return.
The main step to ask for this option will be making an appointment with the SATA (State Agency of Tax Administration). It can be done in several ways: through the Internet, by the 'Tax Agency’ application or by telephone through the automatic telephone numbers 915357326 or 901121224, or the personal attention telephone numbers 915530071 or 901223344, all of them available from Monday to Friday from nine in the morning to seven in the afternoon.
Next, the user requests the appointment: they choose between morning or afternoon hours, and they are offered a day and time to receive the call.
In addition, they will be informed and recommended to have available the documents that will be necessary to carry out the procedure.
Once these steps have been completed, the appointment is confirmed by an official receipt. The Tax Agency informs of the telephone number from which the taxpayer will receive the call, 810520052, or 917276222 if the telephone number provided is foreign. This telephone option to file the Income Tax Return starts this May 5th and will be available until June 30th.
In this way it is always the Agency itself who calls. In this regard, the Tax Authorities recommend us to include the number to our contacts in order not to miss the appointment date and not to fall into telephone scams, since the number may be confusing.
